SOLDAT FHQ is looking for a few good men and women to have a great weekend and part time job!   Think about going to gun shows and reenactments and MAKING money!  Pick up cash to spend on your hobby so the family money stays at home!  Go to an event and have the spare money to buy the things you want by selling militaria!

SOLDAT FHQ has a strong web presence, but living in north western Montana I don't make many shows.  Weekly SOLDAT is invited to travel to events around the country, but it is just not in the plan!  Our loss is your opportunity to gain!     Always  wanted a small business of your own, but really didn't want to sell brushes or soap.  Want to combine your hobby with a new business?    That is how I started SOLDAT FHQ, and it has made a world of difference to FamLee!

How do I start?  The first step is to buy a Sales Starter kit.  In these kits we provide you with various high selling items at a substantial discount and continuing access to SOLDAT FHQ goods.  Next you book a table at the next gun or antique show, reenactment or just call friends.  Start selling and making money.    

What kind of items are in a Sales Starter kit?   

What kind of discount am I getting when I buy the kit?   30% off the retail.

What happens when I sell out?  Simple, you reorder.  Sales of Soldat goods are high, and so dealers must look to the future and order items ahead of when they are out of stock, I'm recommending 90 days at least.  I will try to fill your needs right away, and in many cases I can.  But I can't sell my last retail sales items and not service full retail customers.  All who are working and planning ahead are not having a problem on this.

Why Sell Historical Replicas?

What is the advantage of selling SOLDAT FHQ replica items.   Actually, there are a number of reasons.  First, you always have a supply at a reasonable cost.  Even RARE items are not hard to get as they are replicas.   Second, you price items in a logical and fair manner.  You don't have to go through all the price gyrations of a "guaranteed pre 1945" dealer.  Just tell the customer every medal in that case is $20.  Easy!  You are selling replicas, so you don't have to worry about it.  You never have customers coming back and claiming you sold a real medal instead of a copy!     

Am I stuck with the reordering the same items over and over?  No, absolutely not!  Our whole line is open to you.  Expand your storefront as you feel comfortable.  However, you may have to wait if you special order some items that don't sell in high volume and we have to order them for you.  Discount will vary on items, some I have more room to give more discount on. 

How often can I reorder?  As often as you like.  FHQ keep items coming into stock, but plan ahead on high demand items!

How long will it take me to get my kit?  About 30 days from when FHQ approves your application and your initial payment is received and processed.

What Does it Cost to Start?

Payment?  How much will this cost?  The initial Sales Starter Kit is $1000 and ship to you ( shipping will be based on where you are, so as to be fair.)

Application

An application!?  Yes, again FHQ wants to know who we are getting involved with and FHQ will limit the number of vendors in specific geographical areas.   First we will select from applications by region, this will give us our first five vendors.  Then we will offer Sales Starter Kits to those selected.  Upon receipt of payment the kits will be shipped.    

Will you expand to more vendors in a given region?  Yes, if we think that there is valid reason.  The ultimate decision lies with SOLDAT FHQ. 

I want to be vendor, but I live in Japan.  Not a problem, we ship overseas as long as your country has no problems with import of this type of militaria.   You will be responsible for customs, we are not about to be smugglers.  The kits will weigh a fair amount so we'll have to work out the shipping fees.

I want an application, what do I do?  Click here - Dealer Application and follow the instructions and email it back.  FHQ will review and rate the applications, then inform you if you have been selected for receipt of a Sales Starter Kit.  If you are selected, you will then receive a contractual letter of understanding and agreement that you read and sign with a witness.  You return this letter to SOLDAT FHQ with a Bank Check or Postal Money Order for $1000 and shipping cost of your kit (we'll let you know when we send the letter and we know where you are.)  Within 30 days you will be receiving your Sales Starter Kit.

FAQs

How will I contact you to restock or order new items?   You email for stock status and your individual pricing with discount and shipping.   You then send your bank check or Postal Money Order to us with a copy of the pricing email and we ship your items.

Are sales final?  Yes, don't do this unless you are in for the long haul.

Can I trade items back in.  No, your kit contains proven selling items only.  Your reorders are your choice based on your customer demand or by what you think will sell.  That's business.  Research and risk can pay off, or not.   FHQ has an assortment of "risks" that have yet to pay off.

Why no refunds or returns.  SOLDAT  FHQ is going out on a limb to provide an opportunity for both parties to make some money, if we buy back and swap items there is nothing in it for us at the end of the day.  Don't get involved if you don't think you can do this.

Can I sell out to another vendor?  Once you own your stock you can do what you want with it.  However, new vendors must apply to get the area and discount.

What do you expect of me as a vendor?  We expect you to sell goods and reorder on a regular basis as outlined in the contractual letter.  If we don't receive regular orders or you drop out of site, we reserve the right to open your area to another vendor.
