The Gothic Line Now On DVD!
20.3.06

Director Ari Taub has just authorized and released this limited collector edition for private viewing. The Black & White "Director's Cut," is quickly reaching "cult" movie status among all that view it. The 118 minute unrated film takes place in the mountains of Northern Italy at the end of World War II. Life is seen through the eyes of a doomed German unit
and their ragtag Italian partners in late 1944 as well as an American unit,

when the Axis was already down the long slope of defeat. Instead of spectacles, the film looks at the everyday life of soldiers and their encounters on the road, their hopes and dreams and the differences in values, morals, and patriotism between cultures at the end of an era.

Autographed by the director and available only from Soldat FHQ this is a private release.
Now available only on DVD!
