The Brandenburg Regiment was formed in 1939 as Sonderverband z.b.V. 800.  Expanded to divisional size the unit came under control of Panzerkorps Großdeutschland.  In August of 1944 a cuff title was introduced.   Detailed from original examples Abzeichenamt offers this piece in the issue heavy thread embroidered pattern as well as the private purchase, metal bullion "officer's pattern."  Each $27.50.  Many Bandenburgers were Gebirgstruppen, please see Abzeichenamt's  selection of these pieces.
